Service Description

Offered monthly with the Full Moon, Join Terra for Tea and Transits plus a Yin Yoga practice to deepen alignment with your intentions; focusing on what you want to grow and expand in your life. Class will begin with a guided tea meditation and slowly move into a deep yin practice in support of the energy center (chakra).
