Join Kim Muncil for a series exploring the power of pranayama through Kundalini yoga sets, meditations, and chants. Pranayama, one of the 8 limbs of yoga, is a powerful tool for physical and mental wellness involving breathing exercises and patterns. In this series, you will experience the power of the breath and how it can calm, energize, guide, and raise your consciousness. Each class will include a dharma talk, yoga set, meditation/chant, and a gong relaxation. No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.
