Restorative yoga offers a gentle alternative to the hustle and bustle of this modern life. Each fully supported posture provides nourishment through deep relaxation. Restorative yoga is about slowing WAY down, releasing effort, and surrendering to the opportunity to rest, rejuvenate, and simply BE. This class is appropriate for all levels. Beginners welcome!
