How does the heart work and how can we embody it?
Explore the body and mind using movement, visualization, touch employing a comprehensive understanding of anatomy, physiology and embryology. Developmental patterns and reflexes are integrated via the body systems and cellular awareness. BMC employs the creative process to allow the body-mind to sense and feel: resulting in increased awareness with the potential to re-pattern.
