Caregiver and Child Yoga!

This program designed for children ages 2-5 years offers a playful space for families to connect through engaging yoga poses, mindful practices, and laughter. Through teamwork, balance, and gentle stretches, parents and children will discover the joy of movement and deepen their connection. Join us for a morning of learning, laughter, and creating lasting memories with your little yogi!  Led by elementary educator and Little Flower Yoga Certified Teacher, Dana Cadman.
