Healing for Healers with Lauren Jacobs

Healing for Healers is a community offering focused on giving restoration and release to those who give so much of themselves to others. 

Whether you are an activist, a parent, a teacher or anyone else that spends their time giving of themselves- this 90-minute, monthly, donation based class is focused on replenishing our own physical, spiritual and energetic reserves.

All levels of yoga experience are welcome.

Lauren Jacobs completed her 200 hour yoga certification in 2016. She is a therapist, social worker and artist who loves to combine those roles when supporting others.
