Pride Community Yoga

Join us for a FUN, freeing gentle yoga experience, celebrating Pride Month. Come as you are, whether that means wearing bright bold rainbow colors or your most comfortable clothes. This practice will be celebratory, appropriate for all levels & all bodies. We'll stretch, embody the subtle power of the breath, explore some animal shapes, and celebrate in a judgment free community. Can't wait to see you on the mat!
