Solstice Gong Immersion with Kim Muncil

Celebrate the Solstice with a gong immersion experience to open your heart and ground your soul during the darkest night of the year.

To start, we will prepare the body for stillness with a bit of calming breath work, sun salutations, and chanting of Om Shanti, the specific chantused on the Solstice.  Participants will then rest on their mat as the sounds of the gong washes over them. This can be a time of deep relaxation ,grounding, and reflection. The evening will end with a short meditation guiding us to shine our own light out into the world

Kim Muncil is a certified Kundalini, meditation, and Yin yoga instructor.
