Sound and Spirit Part Three

Speak and Transcend: Throat, Third Eye, and Crown Chakras on November 7th, 2025, 7:30-8:30pm

Missed parts one and two? No problem. You are still warmly welcomed to join us for this sound bath exploring the energy centers of the body.

This 60-minute sound bath and journaling session will be focused on Expression, Insight, and Spiritual Connection. Imagine experiencing the pure sound of crystal singing bowls and ethereal sounds of koshi chimes and shruti box and voice. Imagine speaking your truth. Imagine feeling a lightness of being. Please bring a journal and a pen. Yoga mats and blankets are provided, but please bring anything that will make you feel comfortable. 

Andrea Williams, PhD is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner and Deep Listening Coach who creates gentle, welcoming spaces for rest and renewal. Her 1:1 sound healing sessions and group sound baths invite deep relaxation, a refreshed spirit, and a natural re-tuning of the body. Andrea also holds a Restorative Yoga Teaching Certificate and has shared deep listening practices for over 20 years, including the honor of teaching alongside Pauline Oliveros at RPI, where she earned her PhD in Electronic Arts.
