Sound and Spirit Part Two

Part 2: Ignite & Open: Solar Plexus and Heart Chakras on October 3rd, 2025, 7:30-8:30pm 

Missed part one? No problem. You are still warmly invited to join us for this sound bath exploring the energy centers of the body.

This 60-minute sound bath and journaling session will be focused on Confidence, Power, Compassion, Connection. Imagine experiencing the pure sound of crystal singing bowls and melodic rhythmic instruments. Imagine sensing your inner fire. Imagine also a softening of the heart. Please bring a journal and a pen. Yoga mats and blankets are provided, but please bring anything that will make you feel comfortable.

Andrea Williams, PhD is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner and Deep Listening Coach who creates gentle, welcoming spaces for rest and renewal. Her 1:1 sound healing sessions and group sound baths invite deep relaxation, a refreshed spirit, and a natural re-tuning of the body. Andrea also holds a Restorative Yoga Teaching Certificate and has shared deep listening practices for over 20 years, including the honor of teaching alongside Pauline Oliveros at RPI, where she earned her PhD in Electronic Arts.
