Sound and Spirit Sound Bath Part One

This 60-minute sound bath and journaling session will be focused on Safety, Belonging, Sensuality, and Creativity. Imagine experiencing deep earthy tones and fluid sensual tones. Imagine feeling deeply rooted. Imagine also simultaneously feeling free. Please bring a journal, a pen, and something that represents “home”. Yoga mats and blankets are provided, but please bring anything that will make you feel comfortable. 

Andrea Williams, PhD is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner and Deep Listening Coach who creates gentle, welcoming spaces for rest and renewal. Her 1:1 sound healing sessions and group sound baths invite deep relaxation, a refreshed spirit, and a natural re-tuning of the body. Andrea also holds a Restorative Yoga Teaching Certificate and has shared deep listening practices for over 20 years, including the honor of teaching alongside Pauline Oliveros at RPI, where she earned her PhD in Electronic Arts.
