Service Description
Practicing with the view that each person is whole, interconnected, and capable of change, you'll learn to apply accessible yoga tools to meet yourself where you are, shift energy gently and restore balance and clarity. Classes include breath practices, gentle movement (asana) and self inquiry supported by mudra and oracle cards as optional tools for insight. Author and long-term somatic leadership coach & educator, Allie Middleton brings her decades of Kripalu training and yoga therapy practice to Maitri Yoga Troy. Having navigated her decades long journey after injuries with many seasons of significant physical recoveries, Allie acknowledges serious yoga and meditation practices as her personal medicine. She bridges embodiment practices with personal and systems change, sharing practices that support both immediate wellbeing and integration into daily life.
