Strength and Stability—for both the body and the mind. We'll work with movement based on sound biomechanics, along with breath, meditation and energy practices from the tantric hatha tradition. Experience traditional yoga postures plus therapeutic mobility practices for joint support, core stability, improved balance and coordination as well as subtle body practices to support focus and vitality.
