Service Description

Yin yoga embraces the qualities of grounded softness, calm and stillness through long static holds. This deep practice targets connective tissues using slow, intentional movements releasing stagnant energy. Yin yoga is a terrific complement to hatha & vinyasa or other forms of exercise, bringing a steadiness to body, mind, and spirit. Each 60 minute class includes breathwork, yin postures, and guided meditation.
